Order processing

After verifying the payment, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship the order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 23:00 will not be shipped until the next working day. If you order after 23:00 on a Friday, your order will probably be shipped on Monday.

Tracking your order

After you have registered the order, you can track its status in your customer account, in the “Orders” section and you will periodically receive e-mails with the status of your order. You can also check the AWB received by e-mail on the sites of our partners, Fan Courier or Sameday.

Modify or cancel the order

The possibility of canceling an order or delivery is available in your customer account, “Orders” section.

Scheduled delivery

For orders with delivery in Bucharest, Ilfov, and Ialomita you have at your disposal the premium service Planned delivery. When placing the orders eligible for this service, you can select the day and time interval in which you want your purchases to be delivered or you can choose to have your products delivered on the same day.

The cost of this service starts from 45.00 lei. The delivery fee is applied depending on the volume of products in the order, regardless of the value of the order. The delivery fee will be applied and will be applied to the products in the promotion with free transport. ”

Also, in case of payment on delivery by courier, a payment processing fee on delivery in the amount of 5 lei is applied, for orders that contain at least one Stemata product.
